Rebecca Gill is a passionate feminist and has over 25 years’ experience working to improve the rights of women and girls in the UK.

Rebecca is the CEO of Rosa and is proud to lead the UK’s only grantmaker dedicated to funding and sustaining the women and girls sector. Prior to Rosa, Rebecca worked in a variety of organisations including the TUC, Young Women’s Trust, the Fawcett Society and the Government Equalities Office. She has also served on the Boards of Women’s Budget Group, Agenda Alliance, End Violence Against Women Coalition and Maternity Alliance (now Maternity Action).

Rebecca lives in London with her husband and two sons. She currently serves as a Community Governor of a local primary school.
