Write like a Reader with Daisy Buchanan
October 14, 2026 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm £30.00 – £45.00
Are you an avid reader? Do you dream of writing a novel?
Join award-winning journalist, broadcaster and bestselling novelist Daisy Buchanan for a two-hour Write like a Reader workshop, rooted in Daisy’s philosophy that anyone is capable of writing a wonderful novel:
“Our storytelling skills are innate, and we can unlock them by exploring everything we’ve learned from our favourite stories.”
The session will cover everything from writing an enticing first chapter, overcoming the fear of the blank page and getting started to characters, plot, pacing and endings, giving you the skills and confidence to make the journey from reader to writer. Open to all who love reading.
