Do you want to feature in this year’s Women’s Prize winners’ ceremony, watched by hundreds of people in Bedford Square Gardens and streamed to thousands more around the world from 6.30pm on Thursday 12 June?

We want to hear from you! We would love for you to submit a video or photograph showcasing how you have engaged with the Women’s Prize this year – whether that’s been hosting an event, a beautiful display in store, or your memories and reflections on 30 years of the Women’s Prize for Fiction.

How to film your video:

  • Please film landscape (with your phone horizontal) in as high quality as possible – ideally in 4K or HD.
  • Hold the camera at your eye level, and frame yourself on screen so that your eyes are roughly one third down from the top of the screen – so there is some room above your head so it doesn’t get cut off, but not too much.
  • When you’re talking to the camera, try to look at your camera lens so you’re making eye contact with the audience.
  • If you’d like to film multiple people, or include more of your location in your video, it might be easier to ask someone else to film you so they can focus on getting you framed and recorded perfectly.

Photographs:

  • Photos should be taken in landscape (with your phone horizontal) in as high quality as possible – please don’t apply filters.
  • If photographing people, frame them so their eyes are roughly one third down from the top of the screen – so there is some room above their head so it doesn’t get cut off, but not too much.
