Concessions refers to:
Students
Anyone in receipt of any State Benefits (eg Universal Credit, Disability or Carer’s Allowance)
Anyone in receipt of State Pension
Please note that proof of your concession eligibility will be required for entry to the event.

All tickets bought are firm sale. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will not usually be granted unless all tickets have sold out, and we can resell any refunded tickets to the waiting list, up to 24 hours before the start of the event. Within the 24 hour window pre-event, no refund requests will be processed and no refunds given.

All our events are intended for those aged 18+.

Women’s Prize LIVE takes place in a garden square in central London, with grass and shingle underfoot, and open to the elements. The site and all event locations are accessible, and we have accessible toilets on site, but certain routes may be impassable in a wheelchair in wet weather. We will do our best to accommodate any access needs you may have.

If you need a person to assist you in order for you to attend Women’s Prize LIVE, please email us on info@womensprize.com and we will book you an extra free ticket alongside your purchased ticket for that person to attend. Please note we will need their name and an email address for them in order to process the booking on your behalf.

Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, the published line-up of speakers may change at short notice.

No refunds will be offered in the event of changes to the speaker line-up.

Please note, this event takes place outdoors (in tents), and the programme may have to be amended due to the weather. We will do our best to ensure you have a wonderful time no matter the weather, but cannot be held responsible if severe weather means the event cannot go ahead as originally planned. No refunds will be offered if the programme is amended due to the weather or other situations beyond our control.

If the event as a whole is cancelled by Women’s Prize Trust, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered a refund or exchange for a future event.
