Ilka Kemp-Hall is Senior Development Manager, working across all areas of fundraising, including Patrons, individual giving and corporate sponsorship. She works closely with colleagues and supporters to develop relationships and secure funding that supports the organisation’s work and ambitions. Ilka previously spent six years at the Royal Academy of Arts, where she worked across Patrons and Individual Giving, developing relationships with members and donors to support the Academy’s fundraising programme.
